The project
UCI Grad Photos is a graduation photography business covering UC Irvine, USC, and other Southern California campuses. The site needed to do two things well: rank on Google when students search for grad photographers, and make booking as easy as possible.
What I built
A clean, image-forward site designed to let the portfolio do the talking. But underneath, it's built to convert and rank.
SEO that actually works:
- Schema markup for LocalBusiness and Service — Google shows star ratings, pricing, and location right in search results
- Structured breadcrumbs for better crawling
- Optimized for keywords like "UCI graduation photographer" and "Orange County grad photos"
Tracking everything:
- Google Analytics for traffic
