Website + CRM
Classic Style Events
Custom website + CRM for a Southern California wedding planner

Full migration off Wix, DNS and email included
Inquiries flow into F-Stop CRM
The brief
Jen plans weddings, corporate events, and celebrations across Temecula, San Diego, and Southern California. Her old Wix site was thin — no testimonials, no venue pages, no blog, and a weak About. She wanted a real digital presence that could reduce her reliance on WeddingWire and The Knot, keep her signature skeleton-key branding, and pair with a CRM.
The design direction came straight from her own inspiration: a retro-western, pink-and-red invitation, done right rather than diluted into the usual cream-and-serif template.
What I built
A custom-coded rebuild on Astro with a bright, confident design system — a high-contrast display serif, a hand-brush script accent, and her real engraved-key logo wired in as a recolorable mark used across the header, dividers, and favicon.
The pages:
- Home with a video hero and an animated envelope intro
- Dedicated event-type pages (weddings, corporate, celebrations) with FAQ schema
- Three service pages, About, Gallery, Journal, and an inquiry form
- Old Wix URLs 301'd so nothing indexed gets lost
Under the hood:
- Inquiry form posts into her F-Stop CRM
- LocalBusiness / WeddingPlanner, Service, and FAQPage structured data for local SEO
- Responsive image pipeline with srcset — the gallery drops from ~24MB to ~1MB on a phone
- DNS moved off Wix to Vercel, email kept on Google Workspace
The result
Classic Style Events now has an independent site that looks like Jen's brand and works like a real business tool. Inquiries route into her CRM, the pages are tuned for the venues and regions she works, and she has a foundation for the venue blogs and landing pages that drive her SEO.
